Pricing Your Home

When you consider it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your property.  I will help you price and market your home competitively to attract qualified buyers.  The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your micro-community along with a ton of historical data and current listings along with their 'hopes and dreams' pricing.

Some sellers prioritize a quick sale and are willing to leave a little money on the table to get it done. Others are okay with a long sales cycle and want top dollar.
